Pycnanthemum muticum
(Mountain Mint)
Silvery-grey velvety bracts topped with clusters of tiny white or lavender fragrant flowers. Attractive aromatic dark green foliage makes good tea. Gradually spreads, forming good groundcover, but easy to pull up when not wanted. One of the few silvery plants which tolerates damp soils (also grows in dry conditions). And one of the very best pollen and nectar sources for insects! 24"-36"
